For some years I have been thinking and teaching about Scriptural principles for different seasons of life, with emphasis latterly on the season of Senior or Autumn.

Why that season?

Mainly because it is an area of teaching that is frequently overlooked. The rich insights found in the Word about this path are so helpful and relevant with Autumn Pilgrims. On occasions when I have taught them them they have been gratefully received.

With that in mind I decided to commence a series on 'Autumn Season' commencing with this post regarding a Reflection time I attended. The subject was 'Autumn Season' and we were encouraged to express our responses in art or writing. The following words came to me and I shared them with the group. The writing resonated with the people and I recieved encouragement to continue to do share it.

So here is the first of the posts on 'Autumn Season Pilgrims'. The writing from the Reflection time and also a Prayer for Autumn Pilgrims that came later.
